SHY PARTNER WORKSHOP  WHEN & LOCATION

TWO PART WORKSHOP ON OVERCOMING SOCIAL ANXIETY

A small, informal, and fun class on enhancing social skills to help overcome shyness. Includes many helpful tips on becoming less nervous and less shy in social situations and 16 pages of take-home material on overcoming social anxiety.

Nancy Wesson, Ph.D., is a psychologist specializing in social anxiety and relationship issues. She has been helping people who are shy learn new skills for over 15 years. She also leads Overcoming Shyness and Relationship Skills workshops and trains other professionals to work with shyness. In her down-to-earth approach, she emphasizes the importance of rewarding relationships.
